I was invited by the organizers of PK and the AIGA to speak for 6 minutes on my hometown, Salt Lake City— 20 slides, 20 seconds a slide. I fumbled through most of what I wanted to say and finished over time and over budget with 21 slides. My homies at the shop started tattooing at 12:13 in the afternoon and worked until late in the night doing $13 tattoos from sheets of flash drawn around the concept of "13". The day was a huge success and a bunch of money was raised for a good cause.
